Chakras or "Energy Centres" are entwined with sound, smell, taste, sight and touch and even connected to the etherial, if cleared and activated, they give such a boost in ones everyday life - more so, in speeding our healing process, removing blocks and activating that centre- see below. Were relating sound, visuals and touch which is covered in chapters of the book - but not specifically mentioned in any real depth deliberately for the reader just to enjoy, keeping it simple for anyone to enjoy.

| Healing involves sight, sound , touch and specially Aurvedic type foods and cooking. Used in many cultures especially in the native tradations like the Indians and certain natives American Indians who still have it passed from generation to generation.
Mantras and rituals are just as important as they produce a wholesome effect in the bodies endocrines system and creates well being giving fast and good results. The experience is second to none that I know of, apart from Love and being loved. Some sounds and or pictures or tastes we love and enjoy better than others, ibecause we obtain healing vibrations and sensuals from them, in particular sense energise us and allow us to enjoy life, via activation of the charkra energy centre- hence the unblocks starts immedieatel yand and well being endorphins are released Mantras are always good to chant as they help the mind and the body to tone out to a resting and contemplative mode. | Muladhara or root chakra is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. This centre is located in the region between the genitals and the anus. Although no endocrine organ is placed here, it is said to relate to the gonads and the adrenal medulla, responsible for the fight-or-flight response when survival is under threat. There is a muscle located in this region that controls ejaculation in the sexual act of the human male. A parallel is charted between the sperm cell and the ovum where the genetic code lies coiled and the kundalini. Muladhara is symbolized by a lotus with four petals and the colour red. Key issues involve sexuality, lust and obsession.
